This gentle process will even involve the elder or disabled person in whatever manner they can participate, even if it is just coming in at the beginning to state what they would like to see happen, to give them a sense of empowerment and a voice in their own future. We make it clear this is for consideration and not an outcome guarantee, however, since many are not aware of their own limitations.

Eldercare & Guardianship Mediation, 10-Hour Prepaid Package
No refunds if the process is completed in shorter periods of time, but the credit is redeemable for other services offerings, such as conflict resolution skills training, forgiveness sessions, counseling services, conflict coaching, or other forms of mediation. No-show fees still apply to mediation without 48 hours' notice at $50 per scheduled hour of service, which is deducted from the balance of the package credit.
